Abstract

The quality of shopping center has important roles to boost the motivations and numbers of visitors to enjoy their free time in shopping center. To attract the visitors from both domestic and non-domestic, the shopping centers must have these three important elements. Those three important elements are the strategic location, the architecture design and also the facilities offered by the shopping centers to the visitors. If all of the mentioned elements above are susbsist in a shopping center, the visitors would be motivated to visit more often, and might recommend it the place to others or set their events at the shopping center as their venue. And it would be another good reviews and positive points to the shopping centers itself and also the developer.
