POTENSI PENGEMBANGAN KAMPUNG WISATA LAWAS MASPATI SEBAGAI DESTINASI WISATA BARU SURABAYA
This paper aims to identify and analyze the potential of Kampung Lawas Maspati as a new tourist destination in Surabaya. This research employed qualitative approach, used primary data result of the in-depth interview. The results of in-depth interviews will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively and using SWOT analysis. The results showed that based on the approach of 4A (Attraction, Amenitas, Aksebilitas and Activity) the tourism potential owned by Kampung Lawas Maspati is ready to be developed as a new tourist destination in Surabaya. The result from SWOT analysis aims to search for strategies which suitable for Kampung Lawas Maspati deal with weakness and to optimize opportunity.
