Abstract

Purple Sweet Potato Pudding is one of dessert dish made from Purple Sweet Potato base, has sweet taste and soft texture, also can be usefyl for health, because people already know the benefits of Purple Sweet Potatoes for the health of the body, so many people who cultivate to meet the needs of the market, to consume Purple Sweet Potato is not boring, then made pudding with a mixture of Purple Yam.
