This article discusses how a flight ticketing service is still going on in a travel agency and how are the consumers motivation in using the service. The research was conducted by doing an observation and interview to the manager of a travel agency, its ticketing staff, as well as the consumers of the ticketing service. It’s found out that the consumers’ motivation in using the flight ticketing service are vary. Some of them feels unfamiliar with the OTA application, some of them have difficulties in getting fine internet connection, and some are not convenient to amend the flight dates and having a refund through OTA. One of the suggestions is to improve the travel agency conventional service such as to increase the hospitality, improving the staff’s grooming, and conducting the service procedure well. These could keep the consumers in using the travel agency services. Further research is suggested to be conducted in other travel agencies, to find out whether the same phenomenon can be found or perhaps there will be other different occurrence. This description of the topic was motivated by the policy changing of English football League and it helped them increased the revenues every season deal. Design/methodology/approach – This paper presents use secondary data taken from previous researchers which came from digital databases including journals, articles, websites, and reports. Moreover, the article uses various articles which are mostly focus on English Football top division format changed into Premier League. as there has been no collection of numerical data nor statistical experiment carried out, the method of this thesis can be classified as a qualitative research. Findings – This paper presents that sports commercialization through broadcasting rights become vital source of revenue for the sport itself. However, different sport, different league and different nations adopt different policy in order to gain benefits from commercialization. The success of Premier League form is showed by how the deals happen in every season. Practical implications – The data presented here could benefit sports club owners or sport event promotors to implement sport commercialization in the business. The purpose of this research is to know E-Word-of-Mouth relationship to Purchase Intention to be used as marketing strategy of syariah banking in Indonesia so as to increase market share of Syariah Banking in Indonesia. Method used in this research are e-word-of-mouth variable from Hennig-Thurau et al., (2004), brand image variable from Tjokroaminoto and Kunto (2014), and variable purchase intension from Samuel and Wijaya (2008). The data retrieval technique for this research was done by distributing questionnaires (Area Jabodetabek) directly to the respondents who have been collected and also via email for those who cannot directly give their opinion (gathering in one room). Data analysis method used is test of validity and reliability, descriptive statistic test, seen from mean, median value and gra- ph, from some research variable above and inferential test to test hypothesis through data processing LISREL. The results of the study of 200 respondents showed that; e-word-of-mouth affects brand image, e-word-of-mouth affects purchase intention, brand image has an effect on purchase intention, research result indicates that e-word-of-mouth, brand image has influence to purchase intention , the results of the test obtained show consistent results or in accordance with the findings and theories of some previous studies conducted by M. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan pada Ibu Djoko Catering dan untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel yang berasal dari konsumen Ibu Djoko Catering yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan menggunakan metode pneelitian kualitatif, menggunakan purposive sampling dengan skala Likert sebagai skala pengukuran dan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kepuasan pelanggan pada variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan di Ibu Djoko Catering. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah bobot Puas sebanyak 378, Sangat Puas sebanyak 138, Cukup Puas sebanyak 288, Tidak Puas sebanyak 8 dan Sangat Tidak Puas sebanyak 2 poin. Rekomendasi yang dapat penulis gunakan adalah untuk lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan hendaknya pihak perusahaan dapat lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Adanya pelayanan yang memuaskan , kemudahan, kecepatan pelayanan, keramahan, dan akan membuat konsumen merasa lebih puas. Dalam hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kabupaten Bandung Barat merupakan Kabupaten yang mempunyai potensi pariwisata yang baik terutama dari sumber daya alamnya. Berbagai sumber daya alam tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai macam kegiatan yang bisa untuk di nikmati oleh semua orang. Salah satu dampak yang di timbulkan oleh adanya obyek wisata ini berupa pertukaran ilmu pengetahuan dan penambahan devisa negara. Ekowisata juga dianggap sejenis usaha yang berkelanjutan secara ekonomi dan lingkungan bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di dalam dan di sekitar kawasan konservasi. Namun agar ekowisata tetap berkelanjutan, perlu tercipta kondisi yang memungkinkan di mana masyarakat diberi wewenang untuk mengambil keputusan dalam pengelolaan usaha ekowisata, mengatur arus dan jumlah wisatawan, dan mengembangkan ekowisata sesuai visi dan harapan masyarakat untuk masa depan. Ekowisata dihargai dan dkembangkan sebagai salah satu program usaha yang sekaligus bisa menjadi strategi konservasi dan dapat membuka alternatif ekonomi bagi masyarakat.</p> <p>Dengan pola ekowisata, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan keindahan alam yang masih utuh, budaya, dan sejarah setempat tanpa merusak atau menjual isinya. Ekowisata berbasis masyarakat merupakan usaha ekowisata yang menitikberatkan peran aktif komunitas. Hal tersebut didasarkan kepada kenyataan bahwa masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan tentang alam serta budaya yang menjadi potensi dan nilai jual sebagai daya tarik wisata, sehingga pelibatan masyarakat menjadi mutlak.
